Iron works (Gwaith haern), a rare example of the once great iron making tradition of South Wales
Blaenafon Iron Works (Gwaith Haearn) is probably the best example of an 18th century iron works anywhere. It is complete with workers cottages and a rare water balance tower.
 

Llancaiach Fawr is a medieval Welsh manor house where you are escorted around by the servants who dress and talk in the english of the 17th century - good fun!
